El actual debate en torno a la asignatura de Educación para la Ciudadanía que presenta el Gobierno español, es un debate que encierra una controversia filosófica que debe atenderse con rigor. Esta disputa no es otra que la de la relación entre la persona y el Estado, y el riesgo de vulneración de los principios del bien común y de subsidiariedad. Al mismo tiempo, surge un dilema sobre los fundamentos que deben sostener toda propuesta educativa. |

| The current discussion about the new subject proposed by the Spanish Government «Education for the Citizenship» is a discussion that encloses a deeper philosophical argument we have to consider. This discussion is about the relationship between the person and the State and the risk of making an attempt against the social principles of Common Good and Subsidiariety. At the same time, another dilemma appears: the fundamentals of any educational proposal. |
